| Coils of chain-link fencing are piled on the back of a parked International K-5 truck used by the Chicago Fence & Equipment Company. Behind the truck men are erecting a fence and there are automobiles parked in the background. The original caption reads: "K-5 M.T. owned by the Chicago Fence and Equip Co. Chicago. This Co. is constructing a fence around the new Buick plant at Melrose Park, Ill. This plant will manufacture airplane engines for the govt. & covers 140 acres of land." |
