Howe / Baxter House
The Howe/Baxter House in Lancaster, owned by Mrs. and Mrs. W.C. Cartwright of Lancaster. One wing was built during Civil War days for the Howe family. The rest was designed in 1914 by the Madison firm of Beatty and Strang for the Baxter family. |
