The group of University of Wisconsin ROTC Cadets clasped hands to signify the presentation and acceptance of the French gifts to the state of Wisconsin. A set of miniature American and American Legion flags were presented to M. Jacques LeMonnyer, French vice consul from Chicago, by Governor Oscar Rennebohm at the ceremony. |
