Help for Fire Victims
Joseph Rothschild, manager; Bertha Atkinson, buyer and Freda Kitson, saleswoman opened the children's and infants' department at Baron Brothers Department Store to children who had lost all their belongings in the fire at the tenement-type house at 15 South Bedford Street, where Florence Dinger and three of her children were killed. They are shown packing the snow suits, diapers, dresses and other things given to the children. |
