O'Connor, in vestments, turning the first shovel of dirt for the building that will contain the parish auditorium and six classrooms on the first floor, and quarters for the sisters on the second floor. Looking on are Rev. Francis L. McDonnell, pastor of the parish, also in vestments, and a crowd of parishioners. The school building will be located on Mineral Point Road on a 6-acre site. |
