Consoweld Exhibit
Exhibit developed by the Plastics Division of Consolidated Papers, Inc., of Wisconsin Rapids, concerning the manufacture of a paper-based plastic, consoweld, developed as a result of its war work. The exhibit consists of a model of the machinery which made the laminate, and photographs. Most of the photographs in the display are available as part of Wisconsin Historical Images. The Plastics Division later became known as Consoweld. |
