WIBA-FM, 45,000 watts, tower was built at Blue Mounds Park, and radiated power starting about June 10, 1948. WIBA was established in 1925 by The Capital Times and was affiliated with the National Broadcasting Company on July 18, 1931. Men are working near the top of the tower. |
