Shown at a tea held at the Governor's Residence, 130 E. Gorham Street, for more than 500 Wisconsin PTA unit and council presidents are Mrs. James C. Parker, Grand Rapids, Michigan; Mrs. Oscar Rennebohm, wife of the governor; Mrs. Harvey Horwitz, Milwaukee. Mrs. Parker is vice-president of region four of the National Congress of Parents and Teachers and was the principal luncheon speaker. |
