BOF drive that was later purchased by Chicago Bridge and Iron Company and used by Crucible Steel of Midland, Pennsylvania. Falk caption reads, "Bull gear in housing with pinions. 188 teeth, 2.2953 DP, 11 inch face. 245-285 BHN gear has 20 inch quill and Falk tapered cone mounting in bore. Bearings have 30 inch bore and are Torrington Type TDO. Man in photograph is identified as R. Kudlewski." |
