Milwaukee Braves first baseman Frank Torre enjoys a cigar in the Braves lockerroom. A left-handed defensive specialist, Torre filled in for the injured Joe Adcock at first base during 1957, batting .272 in 129 games. He batted .300 and hit two home runs in the 1957 World Series. |
