Listening to the story and music of the Nutcracker Suite are: Buddy Onash, Ft. Atkinson, Dennis Wenger, Madison, patients at the Convalescent Home for Children with rheumatic fever. Presenting the music and story are Emily (Mrs. Robert) Snaddon, and Betty Moore, Lake Mills, members of Zeta Phi Eta speech sorority. The farmhouse of William and Frederike Weber on Highway 12-18, near the Yahara River south of Lake Monona, was the Children's Home for Rheumatic Fever cases ca. 1944-1947. |
