Moses Strong should not be confused with his approximate Wisconsin contemporary of the same name and greater reknown, Moses M. Strong (Image ID: 27749), attorney and first president of the Wisconsin State Bar Association. From album of portrait photographs collected by Lapham depicting scientists and artists, ca. 1860-ca. 1875. Images include portraits of geologists, botanists, sculptors, and authors. |
