Mayor F. Halsey Kraege and Col. Willis Matthews welcome home two Badger football players, former Lt. Mark H. Hoskins and Col. W.F. Dalton. Hoskins was a POW in Germany, and Dalton a POW in Japan. The ceremony took place during the half-time of the Wisconsin-Marquette football game. |
