Adams house and store. John Adams sold pork, flour, and other merchandise during mining days. Said to be the birthplace of Aliva Adams, afterwards the Governor of Colorado. Political meetings were held here, was said to once have been a saloon. A.O. Barton of Madison is standing in front of the building with a dog. |
