Woman with Book of Madison Men and Women in Service
Barbara Groves searches through a book of clippings of Madison men and women in service. The stories were published in the "Wisconsin State Journal" and the Madison Free Library collected the stories in volumes now on display in the library. More than 20,000 names were included in the first two volumes. The books are now housed at the Dane County Historical Records Center. |
