Capitol Park Pillar
A five-foot tall pillar which used to be part of one of the gateposts linked by an iron fence that surrounded the Wisconsin State Capitol grounds. In 1976 the pillar stood at the driveway entrance to a house at 2833 Fish Hatchery Road. Two similar pillars are on the grounds of Mendota Mental Health Institute. |
