The Edgewood House, purchased by Samuel Marshall from John W. Ashmead. It was partially completed at the time of purchase and was later finished by Mr. Marshall. It was sold to Governor C.C. Washburn for $15,000 on September 17, 1873. Later, it became the site of Edgewood Catholic Seminary. |
