Four Women and Truck

Pictured here are four of the women who joined the work force at the Four Wheel Drive Company in Clintonville in order to build trucks for the American and British armies during World War I. They helped the company to manufacture over 20,000 trucks during the war years. They are also illustrating here the vehicle's manual starter. |
