The Sidell Sisters were former students of the Kehl School of Dance in Madison, Wisconsin, and they later performed at the Folies Bergere in France. The photograph is inscribed "Professor Leo Kehl whose first training started us on our road to success. Your former pupils." Leo Kehl worked with the sisters on adagio lifts. |
