See also Image ID: 9486. He was born in Granby, Connecticut on September 8, 1801, and came to Wisconsin (then the Territory of Michigan) on May 8, 1834, and resided in Milwaukee. In 1848 and 1854, Kilbourn was elected Mayor of Milwaukee. He died there on December 16, 1870. |
