McCormick "Auto-Mower"
A man demonstrating the McMormick "Auto-Mower". The image appears to have been retouched by an artist. The Auto-Mower was an experimental engine powered mower that won first prize at the exposition. This is one of two Auto-Mowers produced by the company. This machine had a single-cylinder engine. The other machine had a two-cylinder engine. The photograph was likely taken at the Paris Exposition in France in 1900. |
