Film crew setting up a scene in which actors playing the parts of  Cyrus McCormick and his slave Jo Anderson operate a replica of McCormick's reaper of 1831. The scene was part of a feature length motion picture titled "Romance of the Reaper." The film was produced by the International Harvester Company to celebrate the 100 year anniversary of the invention of the reaper, also known as the "reaper centennial."
DESCRIPTION
