Milwaukee Streetcar

View of car #466, which was then one of Milwaukee's newest streetcars. The car was put in service by TMERL about 1905 and was rebuilt as a duplex car in 1925, and finally scrapped in 1940. In 1906 the car ran on the Wells Street and Farwell Avenue line. This photograph was taken at the Lake Park terminal. On the front of the car is a broadside advertising a baseball game. |
