Stereograph of the view down the railroad tracks, with two men standing and one man sitting on the railing of the White River bridge, six miles south of Ashland. This bridge was part of the Wisconsin Central Railroad line, and was 1600 feet long and 110 feet above the water, making it one of the largest trestle bridges of its day. |
