Betty Livesey at the Capitol
Five-year-old Betty Livesey pauses for a picture after the "Declaration of Chivalry" ceremony conducted at the 81st annual Capitol Grand Encampment of the Capitol Wisconsin I.O.O.F. Independent Order of Odd Fellows. The encampment was held in the Capitol building on October 9th, 1928. Betty was the daughter of Russell Livesey, Captain of the Four Lakes Canton. Betty Livesey Maffet passed away at the age of 75 on September 28th, 1998. |
