Loadstar 1700 International Harvester Truck in Vietnam
| A man is driving an International Harvester truck on a road in Vietnam. A man driving a jeep is in front of the truck on the left. The trucks were used to haul goods from the different provinces to Saigon, a city of three million people, many of whom have fled their country homes to the city because of the war. Report states: "Trucks used to carry vegetables from Da Lat (Central Highlands) to Saigon, over a distance of 300 kilometers. To travel from Da Lat to Saigon takes 6.5-7 hours. The roads are in good-fair condition." Description of equipment: City: Saigon. Loadstar 1700, 3 years old. |
