"Boycott Campbell's In Support of Midwestern Farm Workers"
Poster by the Farm Labor Organizing Committee (FLOC) calling for a boycott of Campbell's Soup. FLOC urged a boycott in support of farm worker unionization and expanded negotiation with Midwestern growers. The poster depicts a parody Campbell's soup can for "Cream of Exploitation" soup, which is described as "Condemned" instead of "Condensed." The Paris Exposition Universelle medallion has also been altered to feature a dollar sign, and to be from the "Exploitation Universelle." |
