Rose Milling Company
Text on front reads: "Wild Rose, Wis." View from bridge, with a railing in the foreground. There are two horse-drawn wagons standing next to a mill on the left near two men standing on the loading dock. Behind them is a dwelling. "Rose Milling Co." is painted on the side of the mill. The dam, on the Pine River, is located on the right. The mill was originally built in 1873, and redeveloped in 1904. A water-powered generator was added in 1908. The property was purchased by the village and the dam was reconstructed. |
