Solomon Juneau Homestead and Village Hall
Text on reverse reads: "Theresa, Wisconsin 53091. The Old Stone Wall, Old Village Hall, and Solomon Juneau Homestead are landmarks in the picturesque, little village of Theresa." The clapboard Solomon Juneau Homestead was built in 1847 in the Greek Revival Style. In June, 1932, the house was moved to this location from its original site, higher up on the hill. The Village Hall was built in 1900. The name "THERESA" is built into the wall. Signs read: "Sol. Juneau's Homestead, Founder of Theresa 1847" and "Theresa Welcomes You." |
