Night for Beggars

A group of children in Halloween costumes are reaching out their hands. Caption reads: "Night for Beggars Spooks and goblins prowled the city's streets Wednesday night for the annual pre-Halloween trick or treat night. This group of youngsters 'worked' the 4500 block of N. 22nd and N. 23rd sts. An early check of one loot bag shared by a pair of beggars inventoried 16 candy bars, 45 pieces of loose candy, 17 pieces of bubble gum, 8 peanuts, 1 bag of popcorn and 2 apples."
