The House on the Rock

Text on the reverse reads: "The House on the Rock. Spring Green, Wisconsin 53588. The House on the Rock comes alive with spectacular autumn colors. This architectural marvel, built atop and into a 60 foot chimney rock, is the creation of Alex Jordan." A 14 room house built on a formation named Deer Shelter Rock during the 1940s. It was originally a weekend retreat, but grew to be much more. |
