Text on reverse reads: "Baraboo, Wis. was named for Jean Baribault, an early French trapper and settler. The town is beautifully built on a series of hills overlooking the Baraboo River. It is an important railway point, being the division headquarter of the North Western Line. Its manufacturing interests include woolen mills, flour mills, etc. in the center of an extensive agricultural region. |
