Saint Norbert House
A sketch of a log cabin with dormer windows above. Text on reverse reads: "St. Norbert House. The first Catholic Church in Dane County. In 1846 Father Adelbert Inama built this 18 x 20 foot log cabin church in Roxbury, Wisconsin. From this log cabin, later slightly enlarged, he administered to the spiritual needs of the faithful in the seven surrounding counties." |
