Christmas gifts are collected around the State Capitol rotunda Christmas tree from state employees to give to developmentally disabled children staying in state institutions. State employees shown are Mrs. Roy Deakman (L), 7 Bayside Drive, a gift collection volunteer; and Mrs. Sally Backey, McFarland, the leader of the gift drive, who is known as "Mrs. Santa Claus." |
