Movie and TV actor, Adolphe Menjou, right, with William Doudna, journalist for the Wisconsin State Journal. In 1947, Menjou was a witness in the House un-American activities investigation in Hollywood, claiming that the film capital was "wormy with Reds". In Madison, Menjou spoke about what he saw as communism's danger to the world while promoting his new television show Target. |
