Federal Rubber Manufacturing Company produced rubber tires and inner tubes. At the time of this photograph, the George Brumder Estate, Inc. held a partial interest in the company and George Brumder's son, William C. Brumder, and son-in-law, George P. Mayer were officers of the company.
