I.P. Rumsey was the father of Lucy Rumsey Holt. Mary Mathilda Axtell Rumsey was the mother of Lucy Rumsey Holt. Ellen Hubbard Holt was the mother of W.A. Holt. Minnie Vendt is the housekeeper for Lucy Holt in Oconto, Wisconsin. The address of The Evergreens is 404 E. Deerpath Rd., Lake Forest, IL. Henry A. Rumsey was a grain broker. He served as Vice President of the Chicago Board of Trade. Was President of the Illinois Society of Mayflower Descendants. He was chairman of the committee that built the Board of Trade building on LaSalle St in Chicago. Mayor of Lake Forest, IL in 1919. Died in 1941. |
