Christmas Tree
A tall Christmas tree with electric lights is standing in the ornately decorated parlor of the home of Henriette (Mrs. George) Brumder, at the corner of Grand (now Wisconsin) Avenue and 18th Street. A putz (nativity) scene with many characters is displayed under the tree. The tree is decorated with several styles of glass, paper, and wax ornaments. A portion of the fireplace and mantle is visible on the right. A chandelier fitted for both electric and gas lights is hanging from the ceiling. |
