| One of the philanthropic projects of the Madison Altrusa Club's annual country fair proceeds is scholarships for young women to take the practical nurse's course at the Madison Vocational school. Ruth Cole, registered nurse and director of the course places a cap on Beverly Brown, one of the new practical nurses. The fair is held on the Spruce Hill farm near Cambridge. |
