Subject: "TD-18 — Road Building." Where Taken: "NE." Information with photograph reads: "TD-18 owned by W.H. Hinman Co., Wicasset, Maine. Used with Bucyrus-Erie Grader Blade & Winch. Job consisting of one mile of road from U.S. Highway #1 to Atlantic Ocean with bridge approach and bridge to Westport Island and approx. 2200 feet of road on the opposite side.
