Jacobs and Regan Blocks, and McGovern Block

View across West Main Street towards two buildings. The Jacobs and Regan Blocks (two Italianate buildings built together) are on the left. The left side of this building is the Shamrock Bar, and the right side is the Paradise Lounge. A door between the two bars leads to The Rising Sun Sauna and Massage. Two signs mark the door, and one sign is electric. The upper floors are apartments, and a sign in the window above Shamrock Bar is advertising rooms for rent. On the left is the McGovern Block, an Italianate style building with an ornate art deco storefront. The ground floor is Wells Printing Company. To the right of these buildings is the Mohr-Christoffer Block. On the left, built to match the McGovern Block, is the Fitch Block. |
