The Stroh Family on the Islander Steam Launch
View from shoreline towards a group of children and adults sitting in the Islander steam launch at the Island Lodge pier on Archibald Lake. The Stroh girls are in the boat on the left. Grant Stroh, in profile, is on the right. The Islander flag is flying from the prow of the boat. Three young men and a woman are standing on the pier next to the boat, and there are boats at the shoreline on the left and right. The far shoreline is in the background. |

The Stroh girls, Margaret, Harriet, Elizabeth, and Juliet, were cousins of the Holt children through their mother Juliet Rumsey Stroh.
