Gag Gift at Gisholt Dinner Gathering
Sid Boyum smiling at the camera, after receiving a gift at a dinner gathering with male colleagues from Gisholt Machine Company. The large, rectangular package is wrapped in mint green colored paper decorated with a red cupid cutout and tied with a satiny red ribbon. Wearing a suit, Sid holds a cigar in his mouth, standing before a table of empty plates, scattered white cloth napkins, beverage glasses and coffee cups, and beer bottles. His colleagues watch him from the sides, by a jukebox, in a doorway and peering through a glass window in a door. They are in a restaurant with wood wainscoting, decorative wall paper, and sconce lighting. |
