Stereograph of the interior of the Tabernacle during the Monona Lake Assembly. The assembly, Madison's annual Chautauqua, was held on the site of the present-day Olin Park. The Tabernacle was built by J.H. Findorff and it was the largest room for gatherings in Wisconsin. Printed on the stereograph: "Published by E.H. Burdick, Milton, Wis. Gems of Wisconsin Scenery." Hand-written at foot: "View of Interior of Tabernacle, Monona Lake."
DESCRIPTION
