Destruction of the Dinant Cathedral

The largest stained glass window in Europe located in the cathedral of Dinant in Belgium. Even though the church building suffered enormous damage from shelling and fire, the window remained undamaged. Dinant was attacked, and heavily damaged, by German forces in August 1914. |
