Fishing Display

A display by the Wisconsin Conservation Department erected in a large tent extols the value of smoking fish for food. There are posters identifying different fish species and describing fish harvesting by seining. A sign overhead reads: "Smoke Your Own." Smoked fish are displayed in a case, center, with different smoking equipment set up at right. At far right, a man is writing at a desk obscured by a small pine tree. |
