A boy is standing and resting his arms on a windowsill and smiling while looking over his shoulder towards the camera. Caption reads: "Kevin Stark, 2, of 2449 N. 11th St., spent the night at the county children's home because of a mix-up in family communications. A passer-by noticed him crying and called police Monday evening. Actually, he was outside the house next door to his home. Police canvassed the neighborhood asking if a child was missing. Kevin's grandmother, who had been caring for him, told police that he was not missing. She believed that he was still with his great-grandmother, living a block away, where he had been taken earlier by his sister. Both of Kevin's parents were working at the time." |
