At present Berlin is providing accommodation for a high ranking political guest, a son of Abd el Kader, who is the Vice-President of the Turkish legislature. Emir Ali Pascha, accompanied by an interpreter and aides, is using the legislature's recess period to study and learn about the Reich's capital. Emir Ali Pascha is a robust man in his fifties of a pronounced Turkish appearance. As the son of Abd el Kader he carries the title of Imperial Highness. A stroll down Unter den Linden. |
