Caption reads: "IN THE PUBLIC EYE — Mrs. Ralph Larsen (foreground) and Mrs. Robert Veenendaal manned telephone lines in a window of the downtown Gimbels store Wednesday while selling tickets to the Milwaukee's Florentine Opera Company's 1970-'71 productions. Mrs. Larsen, of 2629 E. Oklahoma Ave., and Mrs. Veenendaal, of 9318 W. Harding Blvd., Wauwatosa, are members of the Opera Guild, which is conducting its annual ticket drive. Members will be 'on display' daily through Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Persons wishing to purchase season tickets for the four productions may do so by calling 273-6444." |
