Motorcycles with Sidecars
A man, on the right, is riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle with a man in a sidecar, on the left, in an event for the Badger Derby. The driver who is smoking a cigar is wearing a sweater with a Milwaukee Motorcycle Club logo on it, bow tie, driver's cap. The passenger is Raymond (Ray) Griesemer, who is wearing a jacket and pants. Two more men riding a motorcycle with a sidecar are behind them. On the right, a man is standing and looking at a stopwatch. In the background are spectators. A family story indicates that the original passenger, a woman, fell ill and Ray was the next lightest person in the crew. He became the passenger. |
